As a company dedicated to providing safety and security for over 35 years, we recognize that these uncertain times are difficult for everyone. Our sympathies are with those who have been impacted by the virus, and we extend our gratitude to all those doing their part, especially healthcare workers, first responders, and those on the front lines.
As we continue to monitor the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we assure you that we are taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers. We have implemented mandatory employee sanitation procedures and continuous sanitization of all surfaces and equipment within our office and company vehicles. We have also expanded our sick leave policies to reduce the spread of the virus. We are asking all employees who feel sick to please stay at home, no questions asked.
Our technicians have been equipped with soap and water, masks and gloves. Before scheduling home service calls, we are asking if anyone at the home is ill. We are happy to reschedule appointments for any customer who is not feeling 100%. Additionally, all new home sales appointments are being conducted virtually in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
As a life safety and security company, we are designated an essential business under Florida’s Safer at Home order and are committed to the continued provision of service through this difficult time. We have worked with our suppliers and partners to ensure that service will not be interrupted. Rampart monitoring facilities are geographically distributed around the United States and operate redundantly in case any one location be hard hit in this crisis and beyond.
